Specialty hormone testing may be recommended when clinically indicated. Testing recommendations are individualized based on symptoms, current therapy, medical history, and treatment goals.

Medications + Refills

Members: Routine medication and refill management is included with eligible memberships. Compounded medications are available to members at cost.

Pay-As-You-Go: Medication management performed between scheduled visits may include a $25–$75 clinical management fee (per 30 day script) depending on the medication and level of oversight required.

This may include clinical review, prescription processing, administrative costs, and standard shipping when applicable. Medication cost is separate.

Insurance + Laboratory Testing

Insurance may be used for eligible medications filled through commercial pharmacies and for laboratory testing when appropriate.

Coverage, deductibles, copays, coinsurance, prior authorization requirements, and out-of-pocket expenses are determined by your individual insurance plan and cannot be guaranteed.

Our self-pay laboratory options provide transparent pricing and may sometimes be more predictable than insurance-billed testing.

Prior authorization support is included for qualifying Medicare Part D patients when clinically appropriate for GLP-1 Bridge Program ($50/month Wegovy/Zepbound). Approval and coverage are determined by the plan.
